- Determination of Heart Rate and or Power Training Zones
- Specific Workout Prescriptions
- Training Log
- Re-assessment and Adjust Program where needed
- Weekly Analysis of Heart Rate or Power Data
- Unlimited E-mail Consultations
- Anaerobic Threshold testing, Maximum Aerobic Power (MAP) (all testing done using a Computrainer and your own bike for maximum comfort and performance)
- Personal Initial Consultation
- Re-evaluation and testing every 16 weeks
