  • Re-assessment and Adjust Program where needed
  • Weekly Analysis of Heart Rate or Power Data
  • Unlimited E-mail Consultations
  • Anaerobic Threshold testing, Maximum Aerobic Power (MAP) (all testing done using a Computrainer and your own bike for maximum comfort and performance)
  • Personal Initial Consultation
  • Re-evaluation and testing every 16 weeks
